A pal of mine passed along this number (I really doubt my mate is involved in anything shady). Apparently, it's linked to a programme run by the Economic Development Administration, aimed at supporting both disabled and retired individuals, as well as those still in the workforce. To be honest, it all seems a bit dodgy to me.
