If there’s an issue with your PC, you’re the one who makes the call to support - they won’t ring you out of nowhere! One time, a bloke told me my computer was having problems and asked me to get on it. I replied asking which one, since we have over five devices here, and naturally they couldn’t answer. The guy, probably calling from India, just said “Turn your computer on, baby.” As soon as he said that, I told him I wanted to speak to his manager.
