I got a call from some bloke who started by asking what I was up to. Then he wanted to speak to my dad, who doesn’t live here with me. After that, he asked how old I was and started chatting about films and actors. When I asked why he was ringing, he said he fancied taking me on a date. I quickly told him I’m gay and then ended the call. He sounded like he was probably in his thirties, and I’m not even 20 yet. Honestly, it left me feeling really uneasy and quite shaken up.
