I received a call from this so-called tech support claiming to sort out my computer issues. They branded themselves as the Windows Help Department, supposedly operating out of London. However, I quickly realised it was a total ruse. When I asked them for their contact number, they provided me with a fake London number. I found out this dodgy number by using the 1471 service. Definitely a scam!

Honestly, these folks need to find themselves a proper job! Just had a call from someone claiming to be from “Microsoft” regarding some imaginary problems with my PC’s Windows system. The irony? I don’t even use Windows! Seriously, don’t waste your time picking up these scam calls.
