I rang the number and the person on the other end seemed totally confused about their location. After a bit of waiting, they finally said they were in Washington, DC. They gave me a badge number too - ZD994216. Definitely a load of rubbish, a total scam!

Someone said it was the IRS calling but it felt like a total scam to me, definitely one of those dodgy scam calls.
