I played along a bit but then said I needed to call back because someone from work had just come in. They gave me a number, but instead of calling back, I reached out to the real Connectech. They ran a scan on my PC with my okay and found three suspicious files that weren’t there before this scam call. Now Connectech is trying to take legal action against these scammers.
