I got a call from someone with an accent, loads of chatter in the background like a call centre. They claimed to be from BT Openreach about my internet speed slowing down. Funny thing is, I’m actually waiting for a BT engineer to come round on 29th September to sort out my TV, but he definitely isn’t calling from Oklahoma!
