3 yearsI got a call from this number claiming to be from Aviva. They mentioned my full name and even my address with postcode, which was quite surprising. They claimed there was a buyer in the US interested in purchasing my Aviva shares at a really good price. The catch was they insisted the offer was only for over 2,000 shares, but I only own 272. When I asked about that, they said the company had issued bonus shares, but that sounded a bit off to me. I requested they email me the details to have a proper look, and I gave them my email, which maybe wasn’t the best idea.
