The thing is, I've not applied for any loans whatsoever, which raised immediate alarm bells for me. When I informed him that I hadn't initiated a loan request, he became rather irate, questioning why I was making things difficult and claiming I was behaving rather ungraciously. I couldn’t help but respond, “Is this really your customer service approach?
