It seems this is just the latest in a string of calls I've been getting, as they’ve been ringing me nearly every day for the last week. I don’t pick up if the caller ID displays a city and state instead of a proper name. Out of curiosity, I decided to give them a ring using my Google Voice number to see if anyone was at the other end. To my surprise, not a soul picked up! I let the phone ring until it cut off automatically. I reckon I might make this a regular practice with any unknown callers in the future.
