I received a dubious phone call that seemed rather suspicious.

I had a call from this number on the 9th of May, 2014. The chap introduced himself as Matthew Eastman, boasting a badge number of 5604, claiming to be from the Text Crime Investigation unit of the Inland Revenue Service.
Let me just say, this is a classic scam; the tax office never contacts you over the phone, only via post. He rambled on in an extensive message urging me to return his call. Not happening!
