12 yearsI've had a really bad experience with a realtor called Mela (Carmela) Fratarcangeli. She kept ringing me up, asking lots of questions, then just hung up when I didn’t give her the answers she wanted. The very next day, she phoned again, this time from an office number, trying the same thing. I only then realised it was her all along. I told her not to contact me anymore, but she ignored that and kept chasing me. It feels like she aggressively targets homeowners who want to sell by themselves. Seriously, don’t go anywhere near her - she’s very unprofessional and pushy. I also noticed she tried the same trick with another property I listed, calling again from a different number.
