Got a call from 01/09/16 at around 9 in the morning. Tried to leave a voicemail but ended up hanging up after like 4 seconds without saying anything.

i phoned them back and a robotic voice came on saying something like "we tried reaching you to talk about our service. you can leave a message or press 1 if you want us to stop calling you".
