During the conversation, they had snippets of my personal details and insisted that I was in debt to the tune of £650, claiming they were employed by the company to retrieve the funds or proceed with legal action. They pressured me to cough up £50 on the spot and promised further payments each month until the supposed debt was settled. What’s more, they couldn’t even provide the name of the company they represented! I've reported this to the appropriate authorities.
