Sounds like it was about Medicare. The bloke spent a bit of time talking, gave a usual name. When I asked what the call was about, he mentioned someone here was nearly 65. I asked if it was insurance selling, and he claimed it wasn't a sales pitch but just to inform me about choices. I ended the call.

This number won't stop ringing my phone, it's so annoying. It’s one of those Medicare firms, I think. Someone really needs to report them and get them shut down for good.
