I picked up the phone and discovered it was someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying there were issues with my computer. They requested that I switch it on, but I wasn’t having any of that nonsense!

Oh, what a classic case of a TalkTalk scam artist! I probed them on how my router had supposedly been breached and inquired why they couldn’t just sort it out remotely, seeing as they shouldn't need to intrude on my computer for router adjustments. They abruptly ended the call, but I must say, it was quite entertaining to hear them squirm.

The moment I spot that 00 prefix on a number, I instantly recognise it as a nuisance call and choose to completely disregard it. Honestly, these callers are such a bother! If I could somehow turn the tables and make them foot the bill for their calls, you bet I would!
