6 yearsI recently received a rather pushy call from a telemarketer named "Lisa" who was rambling on about my mortgage situation. The catch? I've never owned a property, have no mortgage whatsoever, and I’m registered on the Do Not Call List! I made it abundantly clear to her, asking to be removed from their list, and informed her that I would be lodging a complaint. Amazingly, she began to contest me! As her interruptions continued, I stated firmly that I would be reaching out to the FTC about this incident. In response, she claimed I needed to hit "2" to be taken off their list! I refused, letting her know that I owe her nothing and would indeed be filing a report. Despite my efforts, she continued to speak over me and push back with considerable aggression!
