I received a rather baffling automated call today, which stated that my internet is set to be cancelled. I was prompted to press 2 if I wished to speak with a Talk Talk representative or 3 if I wanted to go ahead and cancel my internet today. It struck me as rather peculiar, considering I no longer have an internet service or a landline with Talk Talk. What on earth is going on?
