The entity dishing out payment to Monmouth for this line is CTC Telecommunications, reachable at (908) 583-1745. I rang up CTC to voice my concerns regarding pesky calls from this number, but they were unable to divulge any details about the party renting the line. I mentioned I might have to loop in the authorities and that I'd plaster CTC's number on this platform.
