I couldn’t help but question whether the USPS actually makes personal phone calls these days. He affirmed that they do, so I remarked that he should certainly know whom he was addressing, considering he called me. It was then that he mentioned the border police had intercepted a package linked to my number. I pressed him on how the USPS could possibly be associated with the border police, but before I could get further clarity, he abruptly ended the call.
