Looks like another one of those dodgy auto warranty scams. They claim your coverage has run out and that they've already sent you a last warning, but clearly this call is ignoring that "final" notice. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away. Pretty sure they’ll ring again soon from a different number unless somehow their robo dialler breaks down - wouldn’t expect any fire crews to show if it caught alight though!
