I got a call from this number just after half eleven tonight (September 22), and given the late hour, I thought it might be urgent, so I used *69 to trace it. Now, it seems Bell Canada will slap an extra charge-about £3.99, if I'm not mistaken-onto my phone bill for that little service. The audacity of these telemarketers! They ring at all hours and utterly misuse our telephone system with their incessant, unwelcome calls. It’s rather disheartening that we can't seem to put a stop to these intrusive nuisances. Canada’s phone lines have really been taken over, and it leaves one rather frustrated.
