Really sounded real! They said they were from BELL and tried pushing me to switch with some 'better deal' than Rogers. Definitely shady characters.

When I got back home, I found a rather upsetting and rude message waiting for me. The caller totally overlooked my polite request to leave a message and that I’d get back when possible. Instead, I heard them repeatedly saying, "Hello, hello, is the owner there? Hello?" After not getting a reply, they ended up swearing at me with the “F” word before just hanging up. I've contacted Rogers about it, hoping they'll take action against this sort of behaviour.
