You really need to get yourself on the DO NOT CALL LIST and keep reporting every unwanted call you get. They rely on all these complaints to even consider taking action against these companies. If you’re already listed but they still ring you up, try reaching out to John Baird’s office at 613-990-7720 and ask for Pam or Andrea. If you want to lodge a complaint specifically about Just Energy, you should contact your provincial energy minister - in Ontario, that’s Bob Chirelli at 613-721-8075. When I called Bob Chirelli’s office, they told me to get in touch with Consumer Services instead. The number I got for Consumer Services in Ontario is 1-800-889-9768. But when you call Consumer Services, they just send you back to Bob Chirelli’s office. So yeah, lots of numbers to ring but basically no action - classic government runaround. I’m just calling all these places myself, hoping if enough people complain maybe something will actually happen.

This number keeps ringing my home phone like three or four times a day, I don’t get what they want at all. Anyone else getting calls from this? It’s getting a bit much!
