I had a rather dodgy phone call from someone claiming to be from Bell Telephone. I refused to divulge any personal details since I hadn’t initiated any communication with them. Before I knew it, my SIM card mysteriously got swapped out, leaving me completely without service, and suddenly I was hit with a stack of international calls on my account. Quite the unsettling experience!

This number rang me seven times in quick succession! When I returned the call, all I got was a series of beeps. Just as I was about to catch my breath, they rang me again for the eighth time. They claimed to have just spoken with my husband and insisted they were from Bell Canada, wanting to follow up on my recent installation. They then had the audacity to request some personal details, which I steadfastly ignored. I informed them that I was well aware of their dubious intentions and wasn’t falling for their scam. It’s been a good ten minutes since I ended the call with that lady, and thankfully, no further calls have come through yet...

Today at precisely 10:35 AM, I received a call on my mobile from this number. A lady by the name of Ivana left a voicemail, stating that Home Depot had supposedly delivered an order the previous day and had left it on my doorstep. She requested that I return her call.

However, as I certainly hadn’t placed any order with Home Depot, I decided against calling her back. Instead, I reached out to Home Depot directly using their official contact details. They were unable to recognise the number 19055937200 that Ivana had called me from. I also took the precaution of verifying all my bank accounts and can confirm that everything appears to be in order for now.

I wasn't able to pick up the phone initially, so I tried returning the call, but the line was engaged. I attempted to ring back three times, yet encountered the same issue each time. As soon as the busy tone cut in, an automated message came on, requesting a payment of three quid just to be connected again. Quite frustrating, really!

This number appears to be linked to a fraudster who’s attempting to obtain your card details. It seems he’s getting rather annoyed because you’ve figured out his tactics, leading him to relentlessly keep ringing you back.
