Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this nuisance?

I’ve been receiving these irritating calls lately. Every time I pick up, the person on the other end just stays silent and then disconnects after I’ve said “Hello” several times, even trying different tones! It’s baffling. Just earlier, I had a similar experience with the number 042-375-1110 - again, nothing but silence followed by a hang-up. It’s all becoming quite tiresome, especially when one is under the weather and simply wishes for a bit of tranquility. I implore you, can something be done about this? It’s becoming far too frequent. On top of dealing with a loved one’s critical condition, I really don’t need this bothersome nonsense!
