This number keeps ringing me up, saying they’ve got some urgent info, but then they ask for someone who doesn’t even live here. I’ve told them there’s no one by that name connected to my number, yet they just won’t stop calling. So annoying!

They say they're from Contact Resource Services and go by the name Michal l. But calling back is pointless as the number never picks up. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said Dave or Carmen would answer instead. Instead, the answering machine just takes messages and the manager never bothered to return my call. Around the time my wife passed away, this Michal person tried to exploit me, using drugs, alcohol, and even involved a gay friend in some sick attempt at assault for their own amusement. This same person was keeping my belongings, including my wife’s urn, at their place and refused to give them back till I had to bring the cops along. They have a criminal past and I seriously doubt they're actually working for CRS like they say.

I get phone calls from them about ten times every single day, all asking for my ex. I’ve explained loads of times he hasn’t lived here for years, like four years now, and I don’t even know how they got hold of my number cause it’s unlisted. They keep saying he gave it to them recently, but that can’t be right since we haven’t been in contact for ages. I keep telling them I haven’t spoken to him, but they keep insisting they won’t stop until they hear from him. It’s getting really annoying, any idea how I can make them leave me alone?

They keep ringing me up asking for a different person, even though the contact info matches who they claim to be. It happens at least three times every week.

Got a call at 8:32 in the morning from someone saying they were from Contact Resource Services, a Michel Carmen apparently. There’s actually two companies chasing the same debt for this client, and I reckon they’re partly to blame for harassing my wife relentlessly. The ringing stopped when she passed away, but now it’s started again after I entered a raffle at a council event. I’ve made it clear to them: firstly, I don’t owe the Royal Bank anything. Secondly, I’m convinced they had a hand in my wife’s death. And lastly, they’re about to be reported once more.
