I picked up the phone and the lady said she was ringing from RBC Royal Bank and needed to speak with my daughter. I told her that this number isn’t linked to Royal Bank, and then she just said goodbye and ended the call.

Received a call from someone saying they’re with the TO police, asking me questions that needed a yes or no answer. Told them I’d look into it before saying anything else.

I got a call on my mobile, but when I picked up, there was nothing but silence. So I tried ringing the number back from my home phone, and someone answered claiming to be from the Police Service, talking about some campaign they’re running soon. The thing is, the number’s listed in Mississauga, yet I’m based in Hamilton. Both places have separate police departments, so that made me really wary about the whole thing.

I wasnt able to pick up straight away and when I rang back the message mentioned the police... because a relative is away travelling I got a bit anxious and gave them my details and number so they could get in touch if anything was wrong.

Sounds like it's some debt collectors from Rogers Communications ringing from a landline.

They've rung me up four times now, but I have no clue who it could be. Whenever I try calling back, there's never any reply.
