When I asked them to send me proof and documents relating to the loan, they said I'd have to pay first, then they’d provide a contract to sign along with all the info. I also enquired about settling it outside of court, and they said they’d reduce the fees if I paid promptly, otherwise, they’d take legal action and try to take money straight from my wages. Since I was driving at the time, I told them I’d ring back later. They even said the number showing on my caller ID was theirs.
