There was a lot of noise in the background, and I never actually spoke to anyone. Feels like it could be a scam, honestly.

I got a call from a woman but honestly, I couldn’t catch what she was saying. I thought maybe she was trying to say my husband’s name, but I wasn’t really sure. I just told her I couldn’t hear properly and ended the call. These types of calls happen all the time here, sometimes it’s complete silence on the other end. Really wish they would just stop bothering us!

Got a call claiming it was from Microsoft, but it sounded off. On another ring, they tried to talk about some spy software for the computer, which made no sense to me. I just ended the call right away both times.

So this person rang up saying they needed to get into my computer remotely since apparently I had tons of spyware causing problems for their service. They also warned me that if I didn’t sort it out, my neighbour’s computer could catch the virus too. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.
