I just had the most infuriating experience with a scam call claiming to be from TalkTalk, offering assistance with my computer. The caller resorted to name-calling and rudely told me to 'f*** off', calling me an 'idiotic old bat' in the process. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!

Received a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying there was an issue with my router. They offered to refund me - all I had to do was hand over my bank details. As if I'm going to fall for that old trick!
