It's obviously a con artist, and they don't bother to leave any voicemail.

I ignored the call because I never pick up from unfamiliar numbers. The caller didn't bother to leave a voicemail, and having discovered it's a scam, I've taken the liberty of blocking that number to ensure they can't hassle me further.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a caller who was quite impudent, insisting they were from the Police and demanding my personal details. It’s evident this is a fraudulent attempt. Best to steer clear of this number!
