Please give me a ring when you can, as I'm feeling rather overwhelmed." The message certainly sounded authentic, and it was clear that she was in a state of distress. After the second call, I tried dialling 1471 to find out the details of the number to clarify things for her; however, it turns out it's not a number that’s recognised! What’s even more peculiar is that I’ve been caring for my cousin Mark, who sadly is in the advanced stages of a terminal illness, and he has a friend named Marion.
