Around 8 in the evening, I got a call from a man who refused to say why he was calling. He was asking for someone by name - which was actually me - but I didn’t give anything away about who I was. He insisted it was something personal and that he needed to speak to that person. I stayed silent and he ended the call. I told him off for ringing at such a late hour, calling it harassment. Later, I rang the number back using a blocked caller ID, and this time a woman answered. She only gave her first name, just like the man, without saying what company she was from or why they were calling. It felt really dodgy and irritating, so I’ve blocked the number now.

This person just started yelling down the phone and then began coughing really loudly, but didn’t say anything after that.
