I think this is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia but under a new owner because the ID details don’t match up. The name shown is B. Painter, phone number 902 876 8346. They’ve called me a few times but either hang up without leaving anything, or when you ring back, a bloke answers and just laughs. It’s supposedly a company called Maritime Tel Ltd. Loads of other websites mention the same thing - says it sounds like an older gentleman. I’ve passed this on to the authorities since it’s just a hoax caller messing about and probably needs some assistance.
