Eric Foster posing as an officer? Total scam alert. Real cops always tell you who they are, their badge number, where they’re from, and why they’re calling. Plus, legitimate officers don’t ever act threatening over the phone. If they’re doing an inquiry, they’ll share the contact number for the local station. Loads of these fake calls are aimed at elderly folks and it can really freak them out. I really hope these scumbags get caught and locked up. Make sure you report them to your local police and the district attorney's office. Impersonating a police officer is a serious crime, it’s federal!

Got a call again from someone saying they were "Officer Foster". They always ring when I’m not home, leaving the same scary voicemail others have mentioned here. It’s definitely a scam. I wish they’d try phoning when I’m around, I have an air horn just for this kinda thing and I’d sure use it then. Never call them back, it’s not legit.

Got the exact same threatening text from this number not long ago and I just ended up deleting it straight away.

I got a message from some bloke called Officer Eric Foster telling me to ring back either myself or my lawyer. It felt quite threatening, to be honest.

Got a call just like that, with some really scary threats. Fingers crossed they track this clown down soon!

Got a scary voicemail from someone claiming to be an officer. I rang the number back and the first time they said IRS, but when I called again they said something about Revenue Canada. When I mentioned the threatening message they left, they just hung up on me both times. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

Some bloke named Officer Foster rang me, said not to ignore his message and if I did, well, good luck to me. Sounded like one of those CRA tax scams tryna get cash from you. Honestly, just watch out for this kind of thing!
