It seems that Officer Eric Foster is nothing more than a fraud. Genuine officers typically introduce themselves with their name, badge number, and the precinct from which they hail, along with the reason for their call. Furthermore, it's quite out of character for them to issue threats during any conversation. In the case of an investigation, they would provide a local precinct number for follow-up. Sadly, these sorts of calls are particularly targeting elderly individuals, understandably causing considerable distress. I sincerely hope these deceitful individuals face the consequences of their actions. It's essential to report such incidents to your local authorities and inform your district attorney. Pretending to be an officer is a serious federal crime.

Just got another chime on the phone from a chap claiming to be "Officer Foster." Funny how these calls always pop up when we're not home, leaving behind the same ominous message that others seem to have encountered as well. It's clearly a dodgy operation! I wish he'd hit me up while I’m around; I'd be tempted to give him a proper blast with the air horn I’ve got stashed away for situations like this. Whatever you do, don’t ring back!

I received a rather menacing voicemail on my answering machine earlier. The caller claimed to be a police officer. When I rang the number, the first time they mentioned the IRS, and the second, it was about Revenue Canada. As soon as I tried to confront them about the threatening message, they just hung up on me without a word. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
