This number is definitely a fraudulent one. They pose as representatives from Fido, claiming that you've been overcharged. They then send a text telling you to click on a link to claim your refund, which is supposedly like an e-transfer. Whatever you do, steer clear of that link! Fortunately, the fraud prevention team picked up on some suspicious activity with my bank account and managed to block it before anything serious happened.
