On January 15, 2014, I got a couple of calls from this number at about 9:20 in the morning on my home phone here in Victoria, BC. I let the first ring go without picking up, no voicemail left. When I answered the second ring, nobody spoke on the line, so I ended the call pretty quickly.

Got a call here in Vancouver around 4:20 pm on the 29th of December. Phone only rang one time and then just stopped, I didn't pick up. Honestly, if I don’t know who’s calling, I’m just not botherin’ with it! Some folks seriously must have nothing better to do... kids these days, right? Bored out of their minds no doubt!

I usually don’t pick up the phone unless the number looks familiar. After about 16 minutes, a local number popped up with a name, so I decided to let it ring through to voicemail since I already guessed it was a wrong call. There’s a vet nearby whose number is just one digit different from ours, so we get loads of calls meant for them. :)

These callers are total scam artists. They usually want to get you involved in some sort of survey. I told them I’d only talk if they pay me £3 for the first minute and then £1 afterwards. They didn’t like that one bit.
