I'm pleased I took the time to research this! I received a call that only rang once, and then they hung up. I recognized it as a South Carolina area code, but I never dial back unfamiliar numbers. Both my landline and mobile phone receive numerous calls from unknown numbers. I prefer to let them continue ringing, although occasionally my curiosity gets the better of me. The information I found was extremely useful and intriguing. There are foolish individuals everywhere.

This is a fraudulent scheme perpetrated by individuals in a remote location attempting to defraud Americans in order to finance their terrorist activities. I am extremely frustrated with this situation. They despise Americans, yet have no qualms about accepting our money. This needs to cease immediately.
