I picked up the phone once out of sheer curiosity and requested that they remove my details from their records. To my disbelief, they implied that a fee was necessary for that to occur! I’m completely baffled as to what their intentions might be. We’ve registered on the do-not-call list-why on earth can’t they be halted?
