They rang me up two times, claiming my computer had a nasty Trojan virus. I asked them how they even knew, since I never asked for any tech help. On the second call, I warned them to stop bothering me or I'd report them to the regulator if they called again. Thankfully, they didn't ring back after that.

I didn't pick up when they rang, so I called back and got a recorded message saying they'd found malware on my PC. The funny thing is, my computer hadn’t been switched on for about 8 hours. Definitely didn’t fall for that one. It’s a scam, plain and simple. The last time I got a call like this, they wanted me to install some software to fix the supposed problem. Didn’t trust it then, and I’m not trusting it now.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was from Windows offering to fix my PC. Tried ringin' him back on 8452411234 to see what it was about. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.
