Back on the 5th of September 2016, I got a call from a guy who said his name was Ricky Dawson. He had a bit of a European accent and claimed to be from Microsoft. He told me my computer was frozen on a screen and warned that unless I rang his number, the computer would completely crash. He mentioned he was in Virginia and gave me an employee ID: MS090516SY01. He even managed to get my credit card details, but luckily, the charge for fixing the problem never went through. I’ve since cancelled that card just in case.

I keep gettin calls from someone claiming to be Norton. Its getting pretty annoying.
