So, I just missed a call from someone named Craig, ended up on voicemail. Heard the same old spiel everyone’s been mentioning. Thing is, there’s no way CRA has my work mobile linked to me personally, I never put that number as my own. They probably don’t even realise who they’re ringing! Kinda funny. It’d be brilliant to actually pick up one time and see if they’d dare use my name, bet I’d call them out straight away.

Got a voicemail from someone named Craig Williams just now. He said I needed to ring him back asap or else "good luck" with no explanation. Didn’t even bother saying who he was or why he wanted me. Pretty sure it’s just another scam.

I got a call and I thought it was the OPP but turns out it was the RCMP instead. Bit confusing, but yeah, it definitely wasn’t the OPP like I first thought.

Used to be from India myself, so I can tell when it’s someone working in an Indian call centre. They’re always reading from a script and trying to sound North American, which totally gives it away. Quick advice: try using anonymous numbers or apps like Google to ring them back. But if you manage to speak to them, just tell them you’re reporting their fraud to the police - get CID, CBI, or OPP involved or whatever agency you want. Sounds like Craig Williams is constantly ringing people round the clock - wonder if he even gets paid for all that!

So, I got a call from 18448908964 but didn’t pick up. I tried calling Revenue Canada myself and they told me that number isn’t theirs and it’s actually a scam. Ended up ringing my local non-emergency police to let them know about it.

Proper rude lot, and they kept threatening to send officers round to arrest me. Honestly, don’t waste your time - just block ‘em and move on.

Got a call from someone named Craig Williams who I reckon is a scammer too. What bugs me is that with all the reports about this number, how come the phone company hasn't just shut it down? It's clear it's being used for dodgy stuff. You’d think they’d team up with the cops or something to stop these con artists, especially since older folks and people who aren’t savvy could easily get fooled by it.

Got a call from this number the other day. Some guy with a weird accent said he was calling from Revenue Canada and warned me to contact them or else face consequences. I rang him back and could hear that same message playing softly while I waited. Eventually he said hello, but when I started throwing tricky questions at him, he got nervous and ended the call. Tried calling again just for laughs, but the third time it went straight to voicemail. Total scam, obvious from the start.

I received two voicemails from someone calling themselves "Officer Blake Williams" but they never mentioned who they wanted to speak to. The message was pretty jumbled, so I figured it was a scam. Unless I ring him back or have my solicitor get in touch, all this "officer" can do is hope things work out for me. Quite a laugh really!

This number called me, some guy threatening I’d be locked up for 72 hours. The girl’s voice sounded like she was Filipino or something. When I started shouting, she just hung up on me. I reported the number to the police, hope they catch this scammer soon.

This is definitely a scam, no doubt about it! What sort of CRA official would be ringing from some “Hot Line” number anyway? The bloke had a strong East Indian accent and sounded like he was chattting away on his mobile while driving or something mad like that. He never once mentioned who he was trying to reach or what the call was about! Also, I’ve honestly never come across an East Indian guy, accent or no accent, named Greg Williams before. Honestly, it’s so laughable it’s almost sad!
