When I reached out to them, they insisted they were looking for me because of this alleged debt. I requested a copy of the original agreement to cross-check it against my records, as I’ve settled various loans in the past and wanted to confirm whether this one had indeed been cleared. They disappointingly informed me that I’d need to take legal action to obtain that information. Quite frankly, this seems absurd because, by law, they are obliged to provide the requested documentation within a month. They attempted to deny being a collection agency but abruptly cut our conversation short, claiming they needed to consult their "team." When I tried to clarify which state they were operating from, my question seemed to fall on deaf ears, and they didn’t even bother to collect my current address. Quite suspect, if you ask me!
