I got a phone call from this number while I was going through my Heritage family tree and DNA kit stuff on my laptop. The person on the line said they noticed I was considering some upgrades and offered me a discount, which wasn’t really an issue. The caller had an Israeli sounding name (seemed legit to me) but was calling from somewhere near the border of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Oddly, the DNA kit they mentioned was registered to an address in Texas, which doesn’t match the phone number’s location. Still, I’m thinking the call was probably genuine, but I’m super cautious about giving my card details out over the phone. I’ll wait until I’m ready and just pay full price online to be on the safe side.

I got a ring from this number, and it was some person asking if I’d seen a lost dog around here. Thought it was a nice call, not one of those annoying telemarketers.
