I've had an absolute nightmare with this lot! They've rung me several times, and each time I’ve requested to be taken off their call list, but they just flat-out refuse. I even asked to speak to a supervisor, and you won’t believe it-they disconnected me four times! Eventually, I rang again and explained that they were providing me with absolutely no security. Yet again, I asked for a supervisor, only to be put on hold and then cut off yet again. They wouldn’t even reveal their identity so that I could reach their head office. I’ve now blocked their number on my mobile. Honestly, these people are a real nuisance and quite unprofessional-I reckon they should definitely be removed from your network!

I've been inundated with calls from this number lately. There's a female voice on the line claiming they’re following up on some security software they supposedly installed on my computer. The thing is, I've never had any such programme loaded onto my PC. They always leave this number for me to ring back, but I’ve no intention of doing so. I really wish these calls would cease.
