Got a call too, they said my license was about to run out, made me ring them back straight away.

My missus got a text saying her Microsoft Windows licence had run out and there was a phone number to ring for help.

Got a voicemail from someone claiming they were with Microsoft and threatening to block my computer license! Funny thing is, I don’t even use Microsoft stuff - only Apple here. Quite the cheeky call, really.

Got a call from this number and there was this recorded message saying it was Microsoft. Apparently, my Windows had been disabled or something on my PC and they told me to ring 8448545518 to fix it. Obviously sounded dodgy to me.
