For months now, I've been getting loads of calls multiple times each day from these people. When I asked who it was, the woman said her name was Aleisha Singh, speaking with an American accent. She said she was ringing for Virgin Mobile. I mentioned I was recording the call because the Anti-Fraud Centre told me to. She asked for my date of birth but I said no way. I told her it’s against the law to call without sending a letter first saying why they’re calling. After that, she refused to continue the chat since I wouldn’t give my DOB.

Sometimes if they're based somewhere else, you might get calls at weird hours like super early or really late at night. They ring me almost daily, first on my mobile then straight after on my landline. Usually it’s about 9 in the morning but if they don’t call then, it’s around 11:30 instead. It’s really frustrating because I have no clue who they are or what they want.
