9 yearsThey claim to be a rent-to-own service, but I've been trying to engage with them for nearly three months now. I've been left in the lurch for three weeks, waiting for a callback. I provided my details for a property that caught my interest, but have yet to receive any sort of update. Each time I ring them, I get nothing but obfuscation and excuses - someone’s always “just busy,” or “will call me back.” When I dare to inquire about management, they abruptly end the call. I’ve tried phoning again, only to be met with the same old routine, that they'll get back to me, despite my insistence that I've been waiting far too long. When I asked if this was all a bit dodgy, since the lack of answers and constant hang-ups are quite alarming, they hung up again.
