9 yearsThey say they’re a rent-to-own company and that I’ve been working with them for nearly three months now. I’ve been waiting for them to get back to me for about three weeks. I gave them all my details for a rent-to-own property I was interested in, but I haven’t had any updates since. Every time I ring, they just dodge my questions, saying someone will call me back or that everyone’s tied up. When I start asking about who’s managing things, they just hang up on me. If I call straight back, they again tell me someone will call me soon. I then tell them I've been waiting weeks and ask to speak to the processing team, but they claim only two people work there and are too busy, so they’ll call me later.
