This number persistently rings me, leaving voicemails intended for someone who’s never owned this phone! The messages are quite alarming, with threats of legal consequences. After a bit of digging, I managed to reach the woman they’re after, and she claims to have no clue about it all. Sounds like a bunch of scamming to me!
